Over the past 20 years creating work for HCPs and consumers I have found this to be true for every therapeutic category, every brand lifecycle stage, every audience, every channel. The more we focus on the customers we serve, the more success our brands achieve, and the more we come together as a motivated, purpose-driven team.
As a creative director, that’s about as worthy as it gets.
